It saves valuable time for everybody. •Before consulting the doctor, if necessary, write down briefly important points like chief complaints, medicines being used at present, drug allergies etc., on a piece of paper. It helps you not forget a point and facilitates the doctor to better understand your problem. •If you need any clarifications from the doctor, call the phone numbers during clinic hours. Before calling the doctor please keep your prescription, pen and paper ready with you. •In case of any emergency, first rush to the nearest emergency medical centre and call your doctor for interacting with emergency personnel. •One or two responsible attendants should accompany the patient to the doctor’s consultation room, as more attendants may deviate from the doctor's attention. For the same reason avoid bringing small children into doctor's chambers. •Using mobile phones may disturb or divert the concentration of the doctor. Please switch off mobiles or keep in silent mode before entering the doctor's consultation room. •Most of the patients are sick, some of them are very old and from faraway places. It is not fair for others to jump the order and be seen on priority. Let us respect the norms and regulations for everybody’s comfort. •Sometimes doctor may be delayed by taking an extended time in examining a deserved case. Kindly bear with the delay and wait for your turn. Doctor and staff are here to serve you better. Thanks for your cooperation and wish you a speedy recovery!
